Use of and entry into the Site, participation in the N7W Global Voting Platform ("GVP") and any association with n7w.com is subject to the following terms:

Use of and participation in the n7w.com website

Use of the GVP
By participating in the GVP, you are notifying us of your voting choice online by becoming a New7Wonders Member, by purchasing a certificate online, by making a phone call to one of the provided telephone numbers and or by sending us a mobile text message. NOWC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to exclude votes and voters. In some instances you may incur certain standard or premium charges to send us your vote, such as for example to send us a mobile text message. In nearly all cases a small portion of these charges may be received by NOWC and will be used to help offset the significant costs of running the N7W campaign. Where possible and relevant the charges for participating in the GVP are as notified in the relevant section. NOWC will update this pricing information on a timely basis, but is not responsible for any incorrect information or incorrect charging. NOWC reserves the right to change the charges payable from time to time.
Users who are aged 16 or under must before using the GVP obtain permission from the person(s) who pays the telephone bill or any person responsible for the chosen method of payment.
NOWC reserves the right to withdraw the GVP at any time.

The names, images and logos identifying NOWC, N7W and GVP are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks in and under national and international laws. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication or otherwise any licence or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of NOWC. No right of any kind or licence is granted to use any image, mark, logo or other associated matter except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Non-commercial use includes without limitation usage by registered journalists for use in a non-commercial manner and environment in print or other media.
Privacy
Any personal information provided to NOWC via n7w.com will be used solely for the purposes of calculating votes and shall not be supplied to anyone outside NOWC.
If you are aged 16 or under, please obtain your parent/guardian's permission BEFORE providing personal information to n7w.com. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information NOWC makes no warranty however that all votes rendered by such persons shall be removed from final vote counting although it shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that its systems provide appropriate safeguards for such. Similarly NOWC absolutely does not accept and nor can it reasonably be expected to accept any liability for voting conducted by persons who obscure or mislead as to their age.
If you have authorized NOWC to contact you for the purposes of information updates and other communication, your details may be placed on the NOWC databases. You may at any time ask to be removed from these databases by sending your details to remove(at)n7w.com. If you have authorized NOWC to contact you by mobile phone we may send you sms updates for which you may be charged a premium. To remove your mobile number from our databases please send the number and country to remove(at)n7w.com. There may be a delay between when we receive your notification to be removed from our databases and the actual removal, and you may continue to receive updates and have charges made in this short interim period.

Upload your most Wonderful photos (e.g. jpg, bmp) and videos (e.g. mpg, divx) here, and we will get them live as soon as we can. You can send us photos and videos featuring images of any of the 21 candidates, or you can even send us some general creative New7Wonders ideas you may have. Sorry but we cannot accept photos or videos of any other buildings or monuments, or of anything that isn't somehow connected with the 21 candidates or with the New7Wonders campaign. And of course, we have to screen briefly for content quality and appropriateness of material to make sure that this remains a site that everyone can enjoy. Any material you do provide is warranted by you as not infringing the copyright or other rights of any third party person or organisation. School Champions Program--Teachers and school administrators can register for a School Champion code to share with students, school staff and community. The school that generates the most votes will be named the World School Champion and will be eligible to send a representative to the Official New7Wonders Ceremony on 07.07.07 in Lisbon, Portugal. You can send us photos and videos featuring images of any of the 21 candidates, or you can even send us some general creative New7Wonders ideas you may have. Sorry but we cannot accept photos or videos of any other buildings or monuments, or of anything that isn't somehow connected with the 21 candidates or with the New7Wonders campaign. And of course, we have to screen briefly for content quality and appropriateness of material to make sure that this remains a site that everyone can enjoy. School Champions Program--Teachers and school administrators can register for a School Champion code to share with students, school staff and community. The school that generates the most votes will be named the World School Champion and will be eligible to send a representative to the Official New7Wonders Ceremony on 07.07.07 in Lisbon, Portugal.
